Welcome to ARC HOST (accessible at https://archost.site, https://control.archost.site, and https://billing.archost.site). ARC HOST is founded and owned by ANSHUMAN RAJPUT (Founder & Lead Architect). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms")
govern your access to and use of cloud computing, Discord bot hosting, container environments, and related
hosting services provided by ARC HOST ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or purchasing any hosting plan, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (Name, Email, and
Password).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and master password.
- You agree to notify us immediately at
archostingxyz@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized
access to your account.
- Accounts used for malicious purposes, spam, cryptomining, or illegal distribution will be suspended
immediately without refund.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
ARC HOST provides containerized hosting designed for Discord bots, Python/Node.js microservices, and game
bot integrations. You agree NOT to:
- Deploy DDoS attack tools, port scanners, mass mailers, or botnet command servers.
- Run cryptocurrency miners or unauthorized background intensive CPU loops.
- Host or distribute copyrighted, illicit, or malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other customers' containers or host virtualization layers.
3. Pricing, Payments & Billing
- All prices for paid hosting plans are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway using credit/debit cards, UPI,
net banking, or authorized wallets.
- Hosting resources (RAM, NVMe storage, CPU allocations) are provisioned automatically upon successful
transaction verification by our backend.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to the
renewal date.
4. Service Availability & SLA
- We strive to provide 99.9% network and container uptime for all active servers.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via dashboard notifications or our official
communication channels.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ARC HOST or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the hosting services or third-party bot
outages.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal
action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ARC HOST services
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
